A sentinel device (dongle) enables users to control various licensing issues. Software that is written to make use of a sentinel device (dongle) is typically also licensed for single user/single computer use.

Terminal Server is intended to behave like multiple Windows workstations. Users of a sentinel device (dongle) must fulfill all licensing requirements. Please contact your sentinel device development department for further assistance.
