When you try to play a file stored on a remote computer with Windows Media Player, you may receive one or more of the following error messages:
Could not connect to server. (Error=C00D0006)
There was no timely response from server. (Error=C00D0013)
The server session limit was exceeded. (Error=C00D000F)

This issue may occur if the remote computer is too busy to respond to your request for a file or is offline. This may also occur if your network settings are not configured correctly or you are offline

To work around this issue, try to play the file later or confirm that your network settings are correct and that you are not offline.

This issue occurs more frequently with very popular sites, or sites with slower server computers.
