When you run Internet Explorer 5.x Setup and you do not have mouse support, there is no keyboard shortcut for Cancel or Help.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

With shortcut keys, you can perform actions using the keyboard alone. Shortcut keys are defined by the underline found under certain characters in the user interface. An example of a shortcut key is File in the menu bar at the top of the Internet Explorer window. Pressing ALT+F opens the File menu when Internet Explorer is the active program.
