After you run the Microsoft Online Services Diagnostics and Logging (MOSDAL) Support Toolkit, the Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) diagnostics log shows the following error message:
An internal error occurred in the tool when attempting to find the test for a failed test result.
This log located at Admin_Applications\SSO_Diagnostic_Tests\ADFSDiagnostic.txt.
This issue may occur if an unexpected result occurs while the MOSDAL AD FS Diagnostics package is running.
To resolve this issue, contact Office 365 Support.
