You try to perform one of the following actions in the Microsoft Office 365 portal:
- Locate the service settings for email messages and the calendar.
- Turn on or turn off the calendar publishing feature.
However, you receive one of the following error messages:

Sorry, we’re setting up Exchange for you. Please try again later. If the problem doesn’t go away, please contact us through the Office 365 Community.
Sorry, we can’t process your request right now.
Sorry, we couldn’t connect to Exchange right now.
We cannot load this at the moment.
These issues occur for one of the following reasons:
- Office 365 portal cannot connect to the Microsoft Exchange Online service for your company to obtain service settings for email messages and the calendar.
- The Exchange Online service may still be provisioning for your company.
Wait for several minutes, and then try again. If the problem continues after 24 hours, contact Support through the Office 365 Community
