In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you are unable to print the contents of the Search pane, or selected portions of the Search pane, by using the Print command on the File menu.


To work around this issue, right-click an empty area of the Search pane, and then click Print. If you want to print only the selected text in the Search pane, select the specific text you that you want to print, right-click an empty area of the Search pane, click Print, click Selection, and then click OK.


Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.


To display the Search pane, click Search on the toolbar at the top of your browser window.
