Critical Notes

To make this fix work correctly, you must complete the following procedure:
  1. Install this hotfix on all the client computers.
  2. Change the default printer settings on the Windows 2000-based or Windows XP-based print server. The requirement is to just "Apply" the new default printer settings so that you can just modify the existing settings, and then reapply them. This forces the clients to automatically pull down the new settings from the server.

STATUS
