Graphic images may not print correctly to your Fuji Xerox 4108, 4108II or 4108VII printer.


This problem may occur when the Windows XP printer driver sends the image compression command to these printers. The Fuji Xerox 4108, 4108II and 4108VII printers are ART2 and ART3 models that do not support the image compression command.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Windows XP Service Pack 1.


The image compression command is supported in Fuji Xerox 505/605/705 ART4 model printers.
