Client Services for NetWare creates zero-byte files in the Novell print queues even if the client computer does not print. The files are created each time you open or close the print queue or if you view the printer properties.

This problem occurs because the client software checks for access by creating a new connection. A zero-byte file is created each time a new connection is created.
