In Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1 (SP1), folders may not be
expanded when Outlook Express starts. You may not be able to restore the expanded view of mail folders when you quit and restart Outlook Express. This issue does not
occur with Outlook Express 6 or earlier.
This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Internet Explorer 6
Service Pack 2.
