leak in the Winmgmt.exe program. When this occurs, the memory usage of the
Winmgmt.exe process increases by approximately 30 megabytes (MB) per day. When

Winmgmt.exe to make calls to the File Replication Service Performance
monitoring module. When the related module is loaded, it creates a handle to
initiate remote procedure call (RPC) calls. This handle is not released when
the process is detached.
