This problem occurs in the following scenario:
- You open an e-mail message in Outlook 2000 or in Outlook 2002.
- You receive a new e-mail message, and the envelope icon is displayed in the notification area.
- You click Reply in Outlook.
- You click Start or any other button on the Quick Launch bar.
