SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 may stop responding when you repeatedly click the Delete command button to delete sections in a repeating section table on a form. Additionally, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Microsoft InfoPath has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This problem may occur when you use a form that has several command buttons.

CAUSE

The problem occurs because the Mshtml.dll shared system component experiences an access violation. The problem occurs when Mshtml.dll processes button-focus events at the same time that the document that hosts the buttons reloads.

InfoPath 2003 uses Mshtml.dll to display a form.
