When the Service Activity report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is grouped by week, you may receive the following Reporting Services error message:
SET DATEFIRST 0 is out of range.
This problem occurs because of the following set of conditions:
- Microsoft CRM sets Sunday as 0. The week days are numbered 0 through 6.
- Microsoft SQL Server sets Sunday as 7. The week days are numbered 1 through 7.
When the Service Activity report is grouped by week, Microsoft SQL Server does not interpret 0 as a week day.
