When you run the Neglected Cases report in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the report displays an incorrect total number of cases. This problem occurs if you click Days Neglected

Install this hotfix on computers that are running the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server software. After you install this hotfix, delete the temporary files in Windows Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Follow the appropriate step:
- In Windows Internet Explorer 7, click Delete in the Browsing history area, click Delete files in the Temporary Internet Files area, and then click Yes.
- In Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet files area, and then click OK.
You must have the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 server software installed to apply this hotfix. Additionally, you must have the update for the 2007 daylight saving time changes for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 installed to apply this hotfix.
