Symptoms of the problem

When you try to activate Windows Vista over the Internet by using the Windows Activation Wizard, the activation process may not be completed successfully.

Use the telephone to activate Windows

To activate Windows over the telephone, click Use the automated phone system in the Windows Activation Wizard.
