SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, you open the Manage Members page for a marketing list. Then, you click Use Advanced Find to evaluate members in the Manage Members page. Next, you create some criteria to remove some members from the marketing list. Finally, you click Update Marketing List. In this scenario, the marketing list still contains the members that you want to remove.

RESOLUTION
