Consider the following scenario. You use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook,
and you configure a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user to use a Microsoft Dynamics CRM
forward mailbox as an incoming e-mail profile. However, Internet
e-mail messages that contain dangerous or nonprintable
characters in the Subject
field are sent directly
to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM forward mailbox.
In this scenario, the e-mail router stops working. And, the
e-mail router cannot process any further e-mail messages.

To work around this problem, you must manually
remove the e-mail messages that contain dangerous or nonprintable
characters from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM forward mailbox.
