SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0:
  • You remove the Print permission from a role in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • You assign this changed role as the only role to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user.
  • You log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM as this user.
  • Then, you delete a note that is associated with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM entity instance, such as a contact.
In this scenario, the note is not deleted. Or, you receive the following exception error message:

RESOLUTION
