When you perform a manual scan job to scan public folders in Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange Server, the scan job fails. When you click Scan Job
in the Forefront Server Security Administrator client, you also may not see any subfolder trees for the Manual Scan job.
Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application event log:
Event ID: 5014
Task Category: Scan Error
Manual scan failed.
To resolve this issue, install Microsoft Forefront Security
for Exchange Server with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
