SYMPTOMS

When Microsoft Forefront for SharePoint detects a Microsoft Office 2007 file that exceeds either of the following General Option settings, the detection is logged two times in the ProgramLog.txt log file.
  • Max Container File Size: This setting is detected as LargeInfectedContainerFile.
  • Max Container File Infections: This setting is detected as ExceedinglyInfected.
The two entries respectively describe the Incidents and the Quarantine information for the detection.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Forefront Security for SharePoint with Service Pack 3 (SP3). For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
