HP Smart Web Printing is not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10. To resolve this issue, install the new HP Smart Print program or disable the Smart Web Printing add-on.

Download the latest version of HP Smart Print

HP Smart Web Printing has been replaced by HP Smart Print. To resolve this issue, install the new HP Smart Print program by going to the following HP website:

Disable HP Smart Web Printing

If you do not use HP Smart Web Printing, you can disable this add-on by clicking Always open Internet Explorer without this add-on when you see the message that states that the "HP Smart Web Printing add-on can cause Internet Explorer to crash or to stop responding."

Or, you can run the following troubleshooter to disable incompatible add-ons.

Note HP Smart Web Printing is an add-on for Internet Explorer that lets you select and print only the website content that you want. This software is usually installed when you use the HP Software CD to install an HP printer.
