When you perform a deep traversal search of the Documents
folder, the descriptions of one or more documents that are listed in the search
results may be missing.
This problem may occur if the description of the document
is made up of 882 or more characters. SharePoint Portal Server uses an
incorrect buffer size. Because of this, only descriptions that are less than
882 characters are returned.
resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft SharePoint

The Global version of this fix will have the
following file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table.
The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time
(UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To
find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the
Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
